Baby Crib with Wheels

Every parent and grandparent wants the best for their baby, but they also want convenience. That is why many people are ditching the idea of traditional cribs and choosing portable cribs. However, now the idea of a portable crib has been taken to a new level with wheels. Would you consider a baby crib with wheels?

Why Have a Crib with Wheels?

A baby crib on wheels is a portable crib. They can move easily around the room so that you can change as you need to. You can roll it around easily on carpets when you need to vacuum underneath and you can set it up in the living room and move it out of the way when it is not being used. The truth is, parents find a variety of reasons to love using this type of crib. Perhaps you will as well because, with wheels or casters, you can push the crib against the wall and move it when changing crib sheets; something parents will do often as their child grows.

Are Cribs with Wheels Safe?

Wheel cribs are considered safe as long as you have the ability to lock two of the wheels when you are not intentionally moving. Most new wheeled cribs do have the ability to lock the wheels. If it doesn’t, you may want to consider another option because your toddler will be able to push the unlocked crib around and potentially get hurt. This is not something that you should risk.
